Bio

Originally from Gahanna, Ohio, Jessica Wan began her singing career in the musicals Fiddler on the Roof and The Music Man. At Stanford University, she made her opera debut as Pamina in The Magic Flute and also performed in Merrily We Roll Along, A Chorus Line, and Into the Woods. She completed her BA in Music with Honors and BS in Product Design in 2003, and she currently works in Marketing at San Francisco Opera. Jessica also has a musical background on the piano, violin, oboe, and percussion.
