Wenting Zheng


I am a Ph.D. student in the UC Berkeley RISE Lab, where I am co-advised by Ion Stoica and Raluca Ada Popa. My research interests are in system security and distributed systems.

I received my bachelor and M.Eng. degrees at MIT. I have been very fortunate to work with a number of wonderful people. During my M.Eng., I was advised by Barbara Liskov and worked with Eddie Kohler and Sam Madden. I have also done undergraduate research under Anant Agarwal and Anantha Chandrakasan.

I was supported by the Berkeley Fellowship from 2014 to 2016. I am supported by the IBM Ph.D. Fellowship from 2017 to 2018 (thanks IBM!).
