UC Berkeley

I am a co-president for Women in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (WICSE) at Berkeley from 2021-2022. I also served as the social chair for WICSE in 2020-2021. I have been a Berkeley AI Research (BAIR) mentor, and a CalMentor offering weekly office hours for local schools. In Fall 2020, I helped organize a weekly reading group on effective altruism with Jacob Steinhardt's group. You can find a (possibly imcomplete) reading list we went through here.

Women in Machine Learning (WiML)

I served as the program chair for the second WiML Un-Workshop co-located with the 2021 ICML conference. The un-workshop is based on the concept of an "un-conference", a form of discussion on a pre-selected topic that is primarily driven by participants. We aim to enhance collaboration and interaction among participants from diverse backgrounds. While all presenters will identify primarily as a woman and/or nonbinary, all genders are invited to attend.

Program committee / reviewers for conferences

I am a program committee member for the 33rd International Conference on Algorithmic Learning Theory (ALT 2022). I have been a regular reviewer for these conferences / journals: NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, AISTATS, TMLR.
