A Possible A-Shaped Design Solution

To exercise the new polygon editor tool, and to see how hard it is to make non-trivial building geometry with it, I tried to design a vertically standing A that flares out towards the ground.

Here is my first attempt:

This building was only about 25 000 square feet.
So I added another floor and found other ways of enlarging the overall foor areas without making the "A-pyramid" become too shallow.

This is my final shape after two more iterations of adjustments for looks as well as for floor size:

This building has the following floor spaces:

Total elapsed time to this point: about 1hr 15min.
