Re-group your seating, so that you form these groups:
Matt B., Paul L., Navtej S.;
Sambit D., Bram L., Ian S.;
Daniel D., Aaron H., Wei L.;
Arnt F., Athulan V., Yusuke Y.;
Oystein D., Kenrick K., Adarsh K.;
In these groups now try to devise an interpolating subdivision
scheme for quad-meshes (with only quadrilateral facets):
Define where new vertices will be introduced, and
how their x,y,z coordinates will be computed.
Discuss how you would test your scheme,
and how you can assure G1 continuity.
