Evaluation of Lumped RC Interconnect Models
An RC- tree has:
- capacitor from each node to ground
- no floating capacitors
- no resistor loops
- no resistors to ground
These models can be evaluated using RC-tree methods (e.g. Elmore delay, many thousands of times faster than conventional circuit simulation.)
