About

Hey!

I am an EECS PhD Student at UC Berkeley where I am investigating novel semiconductor devices and process technology to extend Moore's Law with Prof. Tsu-Jae King Liu. My work is supported in part by a NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, biking, photography, bass music, and west coast sunsets.

I graduated in 2019 from the University of Florida (go Gators!), where I studied Electrical Engineering. During my time as an undergraduate, I developed some MEMS fabrication techniques and worked with Prof. Mark Law on better ways to simulate hot-carrier effects in advanced semiconductor devices.

I recieved my Master's Degree in EECS here at Berkeley in May 2020; my MS project was on the "Evaluation of Segmented Channel MOSFETs for Scaled Analog/RF Applications".
