Elegance in a waste-water treatment pond

Radio Road Lagoon is filled with treated waste water being readied for transfer to San Francisco Bay. In fall and winter it is home to hundreds of ducks, as the drakes among them make the transition from eclipse plumage to fresh nuptual plumage. Using a parked car as a blind, a photographer can be very close to amazingly elegant targets, such as this one.
