The Caiman Ecological Refuge, where this photograph was taken, lies in the Miranda municipio (district or township) of the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso del Sul. It lies halfway between the city of Campo Grande and the point where the borders of Paraguay, Bolivia and Brazil meet (about 100 miles from each).
