heterogeneous DSP architectures for low-power multimedia computing.

Horowitz has a group working on low-power
research at Stanford.
- The IRAM project at
U.C. Berkeley is planning to build a vector IRAM.
- The Itsy
project has developed a handheld computer development platform based
on the StrongARM processor.
- ACMOS group at USC's
Information Sciences Institute.
