Overview
The goal of this assignment is to have you understand your own personality type,
and how that affects the dynamics of your team.
Task
You should take the Keirsey personality test (similar to Myers-Briggs) and get an
estimate of your personality attributes. You can find the test at:

Deliverable (10 points)
The preferred deliverable is the result of your test (a four-part personality
classification). Please take the test by next week. We would like to have the information
from your test so we can ascertain how personality type affects group dynamics in this
course. Since the test produces some information that you may be sensitive to, you are not
required to email us the results if you dont want to. This will not affect your grade,
because there is an alternative assignment which you will receive the same credit for. If
you dont want to mail us the test results, you should write a short (half-page) summary of
the steps involved in taking the test. You will receive 10 points for a reasonable summary
of what the test involves. We would of course prefer you to send us the test results so we
have complete information form all groups. You do not need to do the summary if you send
us the test results.
