Adaptive Poisson Solver.

This problem is offered by Professor Phil Colella of Mechanical Engineering, colella@ce.berkeley.edu. It is a serial implementation of an adaptive mesh refinement scheme for solving Poisson's equation on irregular domains with sharply varying coefficients in the equation, leading to steep gradients in the solution.
