Each group should prepare a poster and whatever additional slides they feel would help in presenting the poster. Each group will have 10-15 minutes to present their poster to the entire class. This will leave 1-1.5 hours for the actual poster session, where people can go around and talk in more depth about the individual projects that catch their interest.
I would like to ask that a draft of the project be available on-line by 5pm May 14. It can be in postscript or in HTML. Whatever I can establish a link to. Submit your URL's to me AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. The final version of the project should be submitted by 5pm May 20. It really should be done before the presentations, but this will give you a chance to make last minute improvements as a result of class feedback.
