(I'm currently in charge of keeping the theory group website up to date, feel free to email me if you spot an error or something out-of-date.)
I am a fifth-year graduate student in the Theory Group at UC Berkeley, where I am fortunate to be advised by Satish Rao. Most of my past and current research is on differential privacy, optimization under uncertainty, or stringology. Prior to joining Berkeley, I got my BS in Computer Science at Duke University, where I was graciously supervised by Debmalya Panigrahi.
For Summer 2019 I had the pleasure of interning at Google Brain with Kunal Talwar. In Summer 2021, I returned to Google Brain and enjoyed interning with Shuang Song and Abhradeep Guha Thakurta.
I greatly enjoy teaching computer science, and especially computer science theory. A list of courses I've been a teaching assistant for:
I am a coordinator with Berkeley Algorithms Office Hours.
In the past, I've volunteered for the Berkeley Math Directed Reading Program and Splash at Berkeley.
I'm developing a murder mystery game with some friends, you can find the latest version here.
