I completed the latest MFI (calling it the diamond shaped MFI since I don't know what greek letter we are on). This is the first 4DOF MFI with bimorph actuators (11mg each). The total MFI weighs ~85mg and has ~55 degrees flapping at DC and ~95 at 200Hz. Everything seems to work well except for the (obviously) low Q and some coupling between opposite actuators. I am going to make some adjustments to the airframe next week, nothing else of note needs to be changed yet.
