Dear Dave and Terry,

I want to thank you for all the hard work you did in putting together that wonderful SPUR Reunion. Dave was right in saying that the people who worked on the project really enjoyed each other and were important to each other's
professional development. For me, it was so nice to have the spouses included, since we also felt a part of the project as it dominated our lives for many years! But, we made lifelong friends, and it was such fun to gettogether again. Thanks for including us!

I assume that in this company an email thank you doesn't violate proper etiquette . . . .

Finally have a chance to get out of the lab from a week long "bug finding" exercise :-)

Just want to thank you all for organizing the SPUR reunion. The jacket is a great idea--I will make sure I take good care of it. The most fun part is got to see and talk with everybody again; reminds me a lot of good memories :-)

Thanks again,

Kong :-)

Dave,

Thanks again for organizing the SPUR Reunion. It was a great
opportunity to catch up on everyone and realize how quickly the years go by. It's scary to think how quickly it will be twenty years instead of ten.

I find myself wearing my little black jacket every day -- I
must like it! :-)

While I'm here on the topic, let me send a (rather belated)
thank you for holding the retreat. Everyone liked it. You
are very generous to do this.

How are you?

I received the SPUR reunion jacket. It looks great!
Thank you very much for sending me such a precious gift.

I heard from Prof Hodges and David Lee that SPUR
reunion was a very exciting event. I feel very sorry
I coudn't attend. I guess you will have a similar event
for IRAM project with your graduate students in ten
years too!

Best regards,
