Benefits of CAP Membership

  • Jobs/Internships/Events Announcements
XRG will advertise your jobs, internships, and recruiting events via email announcements, bulletin boards, department website, event calendar, and display monitors throughout our buildings.
  • On-Campus Recruiting Events
Members have the exclusive privilege of hosting two on-campus recruiting events per academic year, such as info sessions, tech talks, and hack-a-thons. Additional events will cost $1,500 each. Companies will have the opportunity to build a partnership with student organizations by working closely with them to organize the recruiting events. Student organizations can assist on talk topics, flyer design, catering orders (paid by the companies), marketing plan, SWAG orders, and other logistics.
  • On-Campus Promotional Opportunities
Members receive up to three hours per semester in the outdoor breezeway between Soda and Etcheverry Halls or the main lobby area in Soda Hall to promote upcoming recruiting events and opportunities. A table will be provided, but recruiters will be responsible for all other logistics.
  • On-Campus Interviews
Members may have rooms reserved in the EECS buildings (Cory Hall and Soda Hall) for on-campus interviews.  You can get up to two days with up to three interview rooms per day. Additional interview rooms cost $500 each per day.
